At Tipsy Cowgirl, we’re committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please keep in mind, it's a one man show and I also work full-time. Below are the details of our shipping process.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 7-10 days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping delivery times are 3-7 days. Shipping costs are determined by order weight, varying from $6.00-$12.00.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

4. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • Tipsy Cowgirl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

5. International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at shoptipsycowgirl@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
