Return and Refund Policy

At Tipsy Cowgirl, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at shoptipsycowgirl@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back.
  3. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • To exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate your exchange request in the email.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
