Return and Refund Policy
At Tipsy Cowgirl, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at shoptipsycowgirl@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back.
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- To exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate your exchange request in the email.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
